Adult Fitness Class
A class designed to deliver all-round benefits, from head to toe.
This whole-body workout combines cardio exercises to boost fitness levels with focused resistance training to help you trim down and tone up.
You don’t have to be a fitness fanatic to take part, every exercise can be adapted to your level. This is a complimentary workout to all fitness goals, conditioning your body for all exercise-types and sports.
Tramp and Tone
Discover the joy of jumping and mastering gymnastics movement with Tramp & Tone, an exciting and unique adult rebound class focused on skill-building on the tumble track and trampoline!

This class is designed for adults of all fitness levels who want to explore dynamic movement, improve coordination, and build strength—all while having fun.
​
Whether you’re a beginner eager to learn the basics or an experienced bouncer looking to refine your technique, this class will guide you through fundamental trampoline skills, dynamic drills, and controlled progressions in a supportive, safe environment.
​
With an emphasis on building strength, flexibility, and confidence, Tramp & Tone incorporates a mix of jumping, toning and skill development while focusing primarily on the trampoline.
​
Led by experienced coaches, each class will help you progress at your own pace, focusing on controlled jumps, balance, core strength, and the fundamental jumping skills.
​
British Gymnastics insurance is a requirement to attend this class, the cost is £24.00 per year and is transferable to any club. There is a 2 week grace period until insurance is due.


Open Gym 14+
We are thrilled to announce an exciting addition to our offerings at our brand new gym – the Open Gymnastics Session for participants aged 14 years and older!

​This class is designed for individuals looking to explore and enhance their gymnastic skills. It's an open format including a 15 minute structured warm up, where participants can focus on their specific interests and goals within the realm of gymnastics.
​​Our experienced coaches will guide you as you work towards mastering various gymnastic disciplines, including floor skills, tumbling techniques, trampette exercises, and vault skills.
​
In addition to working gymnastic specific skills, this class incorporates mobility and strength exercises to help you improve flexibility, balance, and overall physical fitness.

​​Classes are Wednesday evenings 6.45pm - 7.45pm
